Introduction

This notice explains what happens to the personal information you provide when you get in touch with TGA Digital ("TGA", "we", "us") through the contact form on our website.

Who we are

TGA Digital is the data controller for the information you submit through this form. If you have any questions about this notice or how we handle your information, you can contact us at contact@tgadigital.com.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your email address
  • The option you select for "What can we help you with" (Discuss a project, Careers at TGA, or Something else)
  • The message you type into the form
  • Any files you choose to attach (up to 5 files, 10MB in total)

We only collect what you choose to give us through the form.

Why we collect it and our legal basis

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and to work out how best to help you. Our legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and in running our business, which we have judged does not override your own rights and interests. Where you attach a file that contains personal information, you are providing that information to us on that basis. If you select "Careers at TGA," we use your information specifically to assess your application, including any CV or other file you attach.

Who sees it

Your submission is sent straight to TGA's email inbox, routed to the relevant team based on what you select under "What can we help you with". It is not added to any other system.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. If you apply for a role through "Careers at TGA" and are not successful, we keep your application for a reasonable period in case a suitable role comes up, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it is wrong, to ask us to delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.

Security

We take reasonable steps to keep the information you provide secure and only use it for the purposes described in this notice.
