Mike started his career as a developer, with a first coding job in Visual Basic 3, before moving into project management and product ownership. That path led him to co-found TGA with Paul in 2017. He now runs the business side of the company: client relationships, business development, and keeping things running commercially so the technical team can focus on building. Outside of work, Mike's married with two adult children and plays guitar and sings in two bands. He's a big sci-fi and fantasy fan, and spends his free time on board games, novels, and computer games.
