Started his career working at IBM R+D in Hursley Labs, UK. From there moved to lastminute.com from 1999-2007, with various roles from Head of development to Head of technical architecture.Later Paul started mydeco.com with Brent Hoberman (which spun out made.com). In 2010 founded Conversion Science with Mike and in 2017 started TGA Digital.
